Injectors
  • The nozzles are manufactured in accordance with EN 293 and EN 299 standards. Each nozzle passes a 100% electronic and visual performance test.
Fuel pumps
  • Danfoss offers fuel pumps with a capacity of up to 600 l/h:
    • For burners with fuel consumption up to 130 l/h, pumps of the BFP series. This series includes pumps with 1 and 2 pressure levels, as well as pumps for LE systems.
    • For burners up to 600 l/h pumps of the RS series.
Ignition Blocks
  • EBI ignition units are used in burners running on gas and liquid fuel (120V and 230V).
  • Ignition units with 1 pin are mainly used in gas burners.
  • Ignition units with 2 terminals for gas and liquid fuel are available in 2 versions: with double insulation, with grounding of the middle point of the secondary winding.
  • EBI ignition units are manufactured in accordance with EN 55014-1 (Radiation) and EN 55014-2 (Noise Immunity) standards.
OBC 80 Series Control Units
  • The OBC 84.10 control units are used in burners and heat generators (heat guns) of 30 kg/h or more, the remaining control units of the OBC 80 series are used in burners up to 30 kg/h.
  • OBC 81 is a special version for single–stage burners, while the rest of the OBC 80 series units are designed for both single-stage and two-stage burners.
  • All types can be used in burners with or without a fuel heater. The new series replaces the previous BHO60 and BHO70 series.
Photo sensors
  • Photo sensors (flame detectors) for yellow flame burners. For use with Danfoss control units such as BHO and LOA.
